We used the app check-in because the reception is not in the same building but eventually got cards as the phone to unlock as the phone is a little slow (also in case of dead battery). "Room was very clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. The only downside to this hotel and I am taking a star away because of it was the toilet/shower layout. There had to have been a better way to design that area. If I used the shower, my husband had to step into a pool of water if he wanted to use the toilet and vice versa. "
