"I loved the fact it had insite facilities such as tbe resturant and bar. Also lovely heated pools. A nice holiday destination for familes with playground courys and pools. Some buildings are looking a little tired and shabby from the outside. Maybe rooms need a little freshening up."

"The property is under renovation, but the room we had was newly renovated and was lovely, the only downside was there was no AC although there are fans, The front of house staff were amazing and very helpful, The room was serviced as requested, "

"Let's be honest Rotorua stinks...a sulphur lake would do that, and you get used to it. The hotel is lovely. Most activities in town are for adrenaline junkies but I recommend the Polynesian spa and Te Pa Tu - you get to see kiwis! "

"The pool was out of action disappointingly and the bar shut quite early. We would have stayed in town had we realised we weren’t within walking distance of amenities. However staff were really nice and the rooms were lovely. I have left a dress in the wardrobe and can’t seem to get an answer to my emails. "

"Clean comfortable beds and overall a nice property, but it was not a good value for what was charged. For a 4 night stay we found it not convenient to the downtown restaurants if you want to walk. There are only fast food ones in the area, and the road was noisy. "

"Greeted by the lovely Zita! She showed us around & how to get in & out of our room. So handy to Eat Street & Sir Howard Morrison Entertainment Ctr, parking a breeze & free! Lovely wairua at this place, we will be back one day. Good price, no frills, clean & tidy.. it was perfect for us! Thank you M & M from Ruakaka Northland "

Stay in Rotorua

"Good hotel in a great location for central Rotorua. We did not realise it was a pet friendly hotel (may have changed as we booked nearly 12 months ago) but the staff were very sympathetic and upgraded us to a family room not usually used for pets. So 100% for customer service. Would certainly recommend "
