"Great location and super comfy beds!"

"This was our 3rd hotel of our trip round Japan, and was the most expensive out of the 3. That being said the room wasn’t clean (visible dust in and around bedframe). The room size is very narrow for example the bed frame is literally next to the shower so you’re unable to use one side of the bed. The staff were friendly but weren’t as welcoming and attentive as others. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel as it’s extremely expensive, and there are plenty of options just a shop walk. "

"400m from main train (shinkansen) station. Exit 2 near the metro train station. Room was clean and spacious for two people (king double). Its a very luxurious looking hotel. There is a Lawson convenient store next to it and a Starbucks 1 block away. There is no staff at reception if you need to check out early in morning but they have a machine to check out and return the hotel cards. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Overall it was an enjoyable stay."
