"Lovely hotel. Whilst it is on a hill there is a shuttle service that will do pick ups and drop offs. Eating and drinking in the hotel are expensive. We thought we had taken an all inclusive package with Expedia but on arrival in transpired we had not. Be careful with this at the resort whilst very nice is expensive. Expedia customer online customer service told me they didn’t offer all inclusive at the hotel, which is on their website! "

"You will read some negative things about Soco but generally this revolves around dining it can be slow when the hotel is busy but the food is actually good and cooked fresh. Sometimes stock runs out but hey you are in the Caribbean where everything comes in by boat. If you want good dining then book Sandals. "

"A beautiful setting, very quiet and clean. Food was good, but could have had more variety and faster/better coordinated restaurant service. In room water was unpredictable, sometimes cold only, once none. The resort isn’t at all disability friendly, with many flights of stairs to get anywhere (including in our room) and no elevators. "Beautiful hotel overall, room was nice (Pigeon Island building with Atlantic view) but bathroom needed updating. Shower was not all tile, had a traditional white tub and the caulk around faucet was failing making the faucet start to fall off. Was disappointed at check in, paid for ocean view expecting a view of the Caribbean but had an Atlantic view that includes a close road where you will hear locals playing loud music late at night and see cars passing by. Tried to swap to a Caribbean view...

The staff are incredibly friendly and it was an absolute pleasure laughing and chatting with them. The owners are very sweet and really care about their guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone. "
