"We loved our time in St Lucia and at Caldera Villas. Our trip pretty much started before we arrived as we had atleast a million questions for our host Valna and she responded to them all with excellent advice and suggestions. The property was very modern and clean and its location made it easy to walk into the town for food or just to explore. I not only recommend these villas but strongly recommend Valna a supreme host who is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the island of St Lucia....

"The property is nicely located on top of the mountains with incredibly views. The rooster sings in the morning making it an immersive experience. The property has beautiful flowers. They have a restaurant and meals are prepared fresh to order. It is tricky to find the place and the roads to get to the place are very steep. You will need a car or transportation to get around."

"Overall I would recommend this property if you are like me and don’t do resorts and all inclusive. The studio apartment worked well for me and had an excellent view. Clean and comfortable with a functional kitchen should you want to dine in. There was a bit of a drive to and from the airport however I was met by a gentleman who I came to appreciate as he was very helpful and looked out for me during my stay. "The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view and it’s in beautiful condition for a small 1 bedroom! Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. It does get hot since there is only one A/C unit, fortunately in the bedroom. I had read another review mentioning roosters! Lol it’s true and they are no joke!! I still have to give it high marks tho! "

"She was lovely and was eager to help but lets you do your own thing as well. Willing to drive for a cost, which was wonderful. Kind and thoughtful. A wonderful cook. She was a lot of fun to visit and her kindness made us feel safe. She was also willing to help plan outings (making phone calls and reservations) if we wanted. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Keep Cool Feb, 2023. I spent 12 nights here and it really was a home away from home. They have everything you should need to be comfortable. "From the day before I arrived, I tried numerous times to get in contact with this property owner to ask information about checking in and access. The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells. I was worried whether this guest house was genuine and if I would be able to get last minute hotel/ guesthouse if I couldn’t access. "To start off you almost a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the property because it's up the side of a mountain on a little tiny very rough very steep deer trail. The property manager allowed outside guests to come and had very very loud drunken pool parties."

"Had a great time. Family of 4 staying in a 3 bed grand marina view. Apartment was huge, fairly modern, clean and everything worked. View was of the marina but the balcony area was huge also and from the side had decent view of the ocean. Resort was great. We didnt do all inclusive as we wanted option to go outside but did end up eating 5 of 6 nights in the 3 restaurants. Resort and staff were wonderful. Despite it being full it was never an issue to get a spot at the beach for 4 which was by far the preferred option of almost everyone it seems vs the 4 pools. Easy to get taxi into the town for restaurants or shops / supermarket (hotel arranges and same person will pick you up). It does take 90 mins from the airport and I asked the hotel to arrange pickup which was seamless. Some couples but was mostly families or groups of families (makes sense when you see the size of the apartments). it did have a free kids club for 4-12 year old's which we signed up for but didn't use in the end. Overall would definitely recommend this resort "

"I would certainly stay at this resort again. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a trip here and we loved every moment. The scenery, the zen aura, the amazing food and drinks. The only thing we wished was available was better night life entertainment. "
