"Location: the location is superb, right by the Pitons, very close to Volcano, Soufriere, Sugar beach and hiking trails. "Super relaxing and cool resort. You have to take a short ferry across as there is no car access. Great beach and kayaking activities. The gym was outdated but provided an option to get a little workout in. The pool was nice and clean. The water and beach was fantastic. Delicious food and friendly staff! Clean room - just keep in mind you don't have unlimited water. "

"Lovely hotel. Whilst it is on a hill there is a shuttle service that will do pick ups and drop offs. Eating and drinking in the hotel are expensive. We thought we had taken an all inclusive package with Expedia but on arrival in transpired we had not. Be careful with this at the resort whilst very nice is expensive. Expedia customer online customer service told me they didn’t offer all inclusive at the hotel, which is on their website! "

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"To start off you almost a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the property because it's up the side of a mountain on a little tiny very rough very steep deer trail. The property manager allowed outside guests to come and had very very loud drunken pool parties."

Bryan the (amazing) security guard is extremely knowledgeable of the local area and a fantastic guy to talk to, overall the views are incredible, it’s clean and has the most wonderful staff. They have breakfast but no dinner/lunch options, so be prepared to bring groceries or to drive to a restaurant. :) "
