"Hotel was lovely and quiet. But I guess if there was an event on then it may be busier. Hotel was good. We had issues with food and restaurant but that is not down to hotel. Room service food was cold but they quickly fixed it and restaurant was ok but not great for egg intolerance..... Most sauces and so on had egg in them. This is not a big issue but simply worth noting"

"Very nice overnight stay. Quick check in, friendly staff member. When the room I was allocated wasn't the same as the one booked it was changed quickly and efficiently, again friendly helpful staff. Room itself was spacious, great bathroom. Main lighting could be improved. Leisure facilities great and glad we used them. Very nice gym, pool also a good space. Showers in need of an update. Only negative of the stay was how loud the lift arrival noise was, could be heard inside our room and we were...

"Great hotel, perfectly located for my business trip. Great breakfast selection and service was great from Ben in the bar with my drinks and evening meal. My only two minor grips would be the pillows were quite firm, may offer feather ones if requested and the gym cardio equipment was quite sparse. But saying that I'll be back in about 3 months when I visit Sheffield again"
