"Outstanding staff the moment you walk in. From the lobby, cleaners, technician, service staff at the restaurant. I can only speak for the room that I reside at, the bed is comfy. My only complaint is the shower head is low (common element in Vietnam) so if you’re close to 6’. You’d have to crouch a little or use the extension. I would highly recommend this stay. The free breakfast buffet was great as well."

"Lovely hotel a short taxi ride from the major attractions. Technically, it would be 10-15 walk, too, but sidewalks in the area are filled with parked scooters, plus traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk, so walking is challenging. We got to enjoy the pool for one day, but it was closed for renovations on Christmas Day. Maybe check if it open If pool is important for you. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again when they fix the pool."
