"I stayed 2 nights in deluxe city view with big window very compt the bed.Manage Jimmi is helpfull he helped us found the camera i forgot on the taxi and he organized ha long bay trip with very nice boat.Thank you mr Jimmi I will recommend hotel to my friend "

"Great service, they have thought of everything. Location is spot on and easy walk to everything. We had the windowless room which was ok. Very low beds and small room but it did the job. Breakfast would be helpful if the food was labelled but highly recommend this hotel for a great stay and service. I would return :) "
