"Check in was smooth, they helped bring the bags up to the room as well. Room was tidy however I am not a fan of the bathtub shower. Find it a bit inconvenient but otherwise stay was good. Location is quite good as well. "

It was really walkable from the water taxi doc with luggage but the hotel also can prepare a private water taxi directly from the hotel dock, which was amazing. The hotel itself is historic, charming and a class act. The rooms are italian vintage style and the windows open to beautiful views of the canals and gondolas. You can open the windows for the full sights and sounds or close them for an entirely peaceful experience. 5 stars."

"Great place. We were nervous staying off-site from Venice, but this location proved perfect. Took front desk's advice and bought a three-day pass for bus service. The bus stop was just down the block and bus service (#5) was pretty regular from both directions. The room was great. It was four of us (2 adults, 2 kids 11/13.) Though a bit tight, it really worked for us. Only thing is Europe as a whole has to start installing screens in their windows. Not sure why they love open window, but when...
