"We stayed in Room 21 for 3 nights and it was a great base for exploring Venice. The property is minutes away from St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge but feels secluded and peaceful. The apartment itself is great - very spacious and well-equipped, including stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini-bar fridge. The mattress was on the firm side though. "We stayed in the Dolfin with 2 bedrooms. One room had a king bed, the other two twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. Room is decorated in a nice antique Italian decor. Very spacious, plenty of towels, great location, and good heating. We never ran out of hot water and the shower head is luxurious and large. "We were only there for one night but it was a wonderful experience. Check in was simple. We had a designated parking space. There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach and a great continental breakfast in the morning. Everything went smoothly and we were able to walk to old town for dinner from our hotel."

"We had the pleasure of staying there for 3 nights. Very well appointed and comfortable appointment and we even had the opportunity to enjoy the balcony, even in March. The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was very relaxing. We had a car and the parking is safe and off-street which is very reassuring. "The property is just a few steps away from the beach. Restaurants and shops are there all around. Andrea, the general manager was extremely friendly & helpful and immediately stayed at our disposal in case questions. I would definitely recommend this place!"
