"The property was so clean, in a very good area. Carlos met us at the train and took us to the apartment himself. He then gave us a quick tour of the area and arranged a water taxi for our departure. We felt very welcome and taken care of. "

"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

The booklet supplied - with details of shops, restaurants, attractions etc for each sestiere - is very useful. "We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!).
