"I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. The apartment looks better from inside than outside; indeed it is a very nice and modern apartment, just what we needed for our three children. Everything in Venice is...

"Venice was great! We loved the location of this property. Close to train station so we could walk. Great to be a little bit away from the crowds but easy enough to walk to the main part of town. Restaurants in the area were also great so we didn’t have to be down by Rialto Bridge are late. Apartment was clean and the property owner was very helpful. I would suggest it to anyone!"

"We loved staying here. The doors opening onto the canal were a real treat. I saw reviews complaining about the smell, but we had no issues whatsoever. You are staying on the canal - of course it will smell like water! If you follow the directions you are given to the property, you will not get lost (do not use Google maps, just use the directions you are given). We would recommend this property 100 times over. We genuinely loved it!"
