Room quite basic but comfortable, except that an electric portable heater provided the heating and this gave me an electric shock when I turned it off, fusing the TV etc. This was quite alarming though the member of staff I told at checkout was very sympathetic and checked I was OK. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the bar and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "
