"Close to shopping and dining at Shinsaibashi main area. Easy access to take subway to go Umeda/ Kyoto area for more exploring. They don’t have laundry room and no laundromat closed by. If you plan to stay there for more than a few days, be prepared to bring enough clothes for your stays. "

"This was a really lovely hotel stay. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful and kind even with the language barrier, but both sides managed to make it work with google translate. I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice. "

"Location really good due to subway around the corner. 7/11 and breakfast close by too. Reception really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Room was clean but a bit small. The bathroom floor was uneven and the sink leant forward making us feel a little nauseous at times. All in all a decent stay."

"We loved everything about this hotel except the buffet breakfast. Staff was professional and helpful. Shuttle was added bonus. Room was clean and spacious with a river view. Onsen was good. Right before this trip we stayed at the MGH Kyoto Station where the breakfast was prepared with heart and tasted very good. Since this hotel is under the same brand, we expected similar standard or better, but we were disappointed with the breakfast. Please do better. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and...
