"Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "Secondo me l'hotel è il migliore a Naama bay. Ha una bellissima spiaggia e la barriera corallina direttamente davanti. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e educato. Abbiamo preso all inclusive e ci siamo trovati bene con il buffet molto variegato, insalate, pesce, carne e griglia tutte le sere. Se dovessimo tornare a Sharm el Sheik, torneremo sicuramente qui."

"I got a room on Marriot Sharm El Sheikh Mountain Resort. I have stayed in many Marriot Hotels in many other countries so I do have high expectations for this one. The Good : Quiet Room, comfortable beds and pillows, ice clean pool, nice selection for breakfast and buffet (though you have to cross over to the Beach Front Marriot right across the Marriot Mountain Resort), walking distance to Naama Shopping Area where you can get a wider-selection of restaurants and souvenir shops. "Nice resort with decent amenities. However, it seems to be a little bit old and the furniture could be renovated. The resort is generally clean but not tidy clean, probably due to the lack of renovation including the plates, cups, and silverware. "
