"The Grand Prince at Osaka bay was a fantastic experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind and even if you’re Japanese is limited or you know none, they can still assist you. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice with plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend a room looking over the bay so you can see the sunset, it is worth every penny. "I stayed here because of the unimpeded view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. It did not disappoint. Recently refurbished, the hotel is extremely luxurious for the price. Take the breakfast buffet option. There is an abundance to choose from and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay."

"Overall very good to stay, but just one disappointed was a reception guy when we checked in. He firstly insisting that the hotel would not provide a linen(towel, tooth brush, etc.) and breakfast services for my son under their hotel policy. Sounds too much protective stance, and made us very unhappy. He should be re-educated."
