"The restaurant was closed when we arrived. The nearest restaurant was a few blocks away. Airport is built on an island with a freeway bridge connecting it to the mainland. Taxi was $28 to hotel a couple miles away. Hotel floor plan is confusing making it challenging to find your room. Staff is helpful and responsive. Room is clean. We had a diagonal pillar on one side of the bed so it was like having a wall so we couldn't walk on that side of the bed. "

"The Grand Prince at Osaka bay was a fantastic experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind and even if you’re Japanese is limited or you know none, they can still assist you. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice with plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend a room looking over the bay so you can see the sunset, it is worth every penny. There are two different train stations located within a 5-10 minute walk that connect to the main lines in Osaka. 5/5 and will be visiting again on my next trip to Japan! "
