"Everything was perfect. Enomoto and the hotel staff were extremely caring and helpful. The hotel provides sleeping gowns for guests. Public transportation, restaurants, shops, and rail stations are within walking distance. The Joyful restaurant is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and I absolutely loved it. One downside of the hotel was that our room didn’t have much storage space. "

"Needed a quick one night stay with a breakfast option since I had flight delays. Hotel was very easy to get to from kansai airport. Quick self check in, right up to room. It was clean and easy to use for a foreigner. Breakfast was awesome and even though I was not able to book the free shuttle I took a taxi back to the airport to take the train I needed. Views were nice. "

"Suites pretty decent size. Beautiful views of the bay. The rooms have added security where you have to scan your access key card to a security door before entering hallway to your room. I love the remote-controlled curtains and room setup basic yet elegantly modern. Train station, dining, shopping mall, outlet, convenient are all walking distance. "

"Staff was very courteous and location is right next to a Daiso and a big supermarket and also 5-10min walking to Sannomiya bus terminal and JR station. Room is on a tiny side as expected but it’s clean and price is very reasonable."

"Love this hotel as it is walkable to the main food street and also near the harbour. We drove and the only down side is the parking is chargable. The room size is good and i took the view of the harbour. "
