"A perfect location for a short city break. The hotel was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived on my birthday and because they check your passport when checking in, the receptionist noticed the date and then all the staff wished me a happy birthday. A few minutes after getting into our room, the same receptionist arrived with a birthday cake. It is little details like this that made our stay very special and I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

We extended our booking for a day but the room type we were in was sold out so we booked a deluxe (however didn’t want to move rooms). The front desk got us a free breakfast because we didn’t take the upgrade. Room service was spot on, including turn down service. "
