"Overall the apartment was good. It is spacious and in a good location. The check in process was different, but if you follow the instructions in detail, it works. The main inconvenience is that the apartment was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working the day we arrived. It was fixed the next day. However to get to the elevator there are 2 flights of stairs. This might be a problem for people with mobility problems. Other than that, it was fine."

It was just a couple of blocks away from the first one and equally great. The view was less desirable than the first one which looked down at the street where the cable cars run by, but other than that, it was a great stay. "Helpful, cheery and a good vibe from the receptionist that checked us in. Room was ready when we arrived, about 3 hours early which was a bonus. The particular apartment had creaky floorboards, no shelf within the shower inclosure for storage and the extractor fan in the bathroom was like a tractor! However, none of these made our stay worse. It was a beautiful place, great mod cons (air conditioning, filter coffee machine, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster) to name a few. Would happily stay...
