"Whike the bar is in a stunning position on the top floor i really think the hotel should be facilitating their guests after the bar clises,which is very early at 12 midnight..a very simple solution would be to have a large fridge either at the bar levrk or at reception. I arrived home in pouring rain amd was approximately 5 minutes past midnight amd asked for a bottle of wine and sparkling water and it was a quite rude NO That drives ne mad ,petty beurocratic behaviour. I woukd hVe paid top Euro for the favour abd given a big tip. We are not children folks and when i asked wrll can i get a bottle srnt up o room service i stead i wS told in a very curt manner " No Dr Rowley)..I absolutely loath stupid rukes,they wouldnt explain why room.service couldn't do it..is this not the very bloody point of roo.
