"Everyone is very hospitable. All the concierges are bilingual and friendly. Diego and Fran the bartenders are great people. What really blew me away were the ballon’s on the walls, the message on the mirror, and a birthday cake in my room ready with a decorative plate. Superb service, will definitely be returning."
