We were in the premium zone and the restaurant exclusive to us was excellent! View of the beach, good food and superb service. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Was a terrific place to stay before we took the ferry the next day."

We had a room with a private pool (not heated) which was great to have such a large private patio space when we wanted downtime. Our 2 kids loved the warm pools and the housekeepers leaving them little treats in the afternoon. "This was my 5th time staying at this resort and I can't imagine a better hotel for the money. This trip I brought 10 other friends along and they all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The updated rooms are large and comfortable. The views spectacular. We ate at the main restaurant and bar multiple times and the food was always good for the money. The multiple hot spring pools are a perfect way to end an adventurous day in the rain forest. "
