"The place is beautiful and we felt safe while staying. I understand that no matter where you stay in Costa Rica there will be bugs and such staying with you. We felt the resort could have put more effort in maintaining that the doors to the room closed without gaps that allow bugs to get in so easily. "Great hotel for a great price. One of the few hotels I’ve stayed in where the pictures do not do it justice, the view from our mountain suite was amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and secure. "We thought the property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The dogs and cats were super nice and loving as well. The ambience was truly wonderful. It was a bit difficult to find staff at times and we never found the pool- but we were gone during the day and the darkness sets in around 6 pm. Overall it was a very cool place to stay and everyone was very friendly. "

"If you want to stay in the forest away from the crowd, this is a great spot. Quiet. Secluded. Need a car to get to and from the city and excursions. Place was clean, well kept, spacious. I’d stay here again! Opened my window and saw monkeys outside! "

"The property was everything you could have hoped for in a Costa Rican jungle. The pools were great! The drinks at the pool bar were amazing. I highly recommend the Tamarindo Margharita. One of the highlights was the Night Guided Walk. Our guide on April 6th was fantastic. He was so excited and knowledgable. He was the best!"

"Casa Luna definitely set the mood for our Rain Forest excursion. Beautiful Resort Like Hotel with a lush landscape setting. It felt very secluded even though it was an only a 5 minute from the main street. The rooms are very private, spacious and clean. Our balcony had a view of the volcano. The grounds are very well maintained, we enjoyed the 6 hot tubs nestled away from the main pool. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nice dining in the restaurant .The message topped off our experience."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything I wanted to explore. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; it was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved this property during our stay, customer service was great, hot springs pools were amazing and not at all crowded. The breakfast buffet was ok, not very much variation between each day but it accomplished the job. The beautiful pools made up for any not so pleasant experience. Will definitely visit again."
