"It was a very unique and pretty property but was adjacent to the caretakers, whose outside property was not kept picked up. The inside of the studio apartment was neat and tidy but not impeccably clean. Great views of the Arenal Volcano and the place had beautiful flowers and landscaping. There is one small, delicious restaurant 400 meters away, but not walkable. LaFortuna is approximately an hour drive, must have a car if staying here. It was a very pleasant stay, but not in the location listed."
