"Great location to Bristol Hippodrome, Harbourside and everything in Bristol centre. Our room was big, very quiet and the breakfast was great. Got a good night's sleep in a huge bed with nice outlook over Harbourside."

"Easy check in. We had parked elsewhere as underground carpark appeared closed but apparently you have to get a code from reception to use their carpark. Breakfast very good indeed. Lady serving breakfast is excellent at her job. Would stay again. Room 5 was quiet, could do with a lick of paint but very clean. "

"Staff were very friendly, it was really welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy but the only downside was the pillows were very uncomfortable, they were very lumpy and hard (even the soft ones, what filling there was had formed lumps). "

"Clean and comfortable room. Nice welcome tid bits - fruit and a little sherry. The hot breakfast options were limited but the dish was i got was delicious and cant complain. Lovely, carefuly assembled yoghurt granola pots in glass jars were delicious. The location of the hotel in proximity to centre is fantastic. There are so many great spots to grab some food and coffee within short walking distance. It could get a little noisy (i was on the top floor) - little soundproofing and elevator...
