"Room cold on arrival radiators not working supplied with a 2 Kw electric fire No heating in bathroom Heating is all important. I am disabled but room in the attic on the top floor not suitable for a disabled person"

We had booked a four poster room but didn't get the same quality of room we had gotten in our first visit, by that I mean; there was no bathtub, the room was slightly smaller, the noise from outside was significantly louder than expected. We had a lovely stay though and I definitely recommend it."

"A lovely hotel, nice big room with comfy bed. This is definitely not a dog friendly hotel, we had hoped to have a drink in the bar after the stressful weekend we'd had but no. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant which I fully understand but they are not allowed in any area in the bar. So basically you walk through reception and go straight to the room with your dog. This is not dog friendly at all and you even have to pay £15 a night for this. Honestly if you have a dog don't bother going...
