"This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel! "

"1. Raw experience/value: Our stay left much to be desired. Location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool area, but overall experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of assistance during our late-night check-in, especially considering we had a toddler with us, was disappointing. "I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

We spent nine nights at this property in total, in one of the luxury rooms, and had arranged directly with the reception to continue staying in our room for another weekend. However, they threw us out three days early because the hotel was suddenly full and the receptionist apparently had not put our reservation into the system and other people had booked our room.
