"I’ve stayed here once before with work so thought it would be nice to bring my wife for our anniversary. Firstly, the parking is ridiculously small to negotiate and it doesn’t advertise that it costs £20. It should be included in the price of the room. Secondly, no early check in available. We were upgraded from an executive room to a balcony room but the rooms are dated and the carpet had huge stains. In desperate need for a deep clean."

"Thoroughly enjoyable stay - staff were excellent throughout, only downside was I’d booked for the rooftop terrace, but when we got up the sides had been drawn down and we were not allowed to have our drinks outside - the reason given was that it was too cold, but we’d have been fine outside for the time we were staying so not sure whether that was just a bit of a premature closure. "

"Gorgeous property and countryside. Helpful, friendly staff. Especially loved the pool and leisure facilities. The mattress was past it's prime, but the other aspects of the stay made up for it. I'll be back."
