"The hotel is in a fantastic riverside location and only ten minutes walk from York Minster and town centre facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless, calm and comfortable. The car park was rather tricky to negotiate as it was so narrow and breakfast was a little bit disappointing compared to other Radisson hotels I've stayed in due to the layout of the hotel, our room was quite a walk and the view was of heating pipes on a roof. This wasn't really an issue at all...

"We had a nice stay. We had a family room which was spacious altho a bit dated. We were also situated next door to a family with babies who were awake during the night so our sleep was interrupted which was frustrating. The beds were also very soft. "I’d booked two rooms for two couples - which were very different. I appreciate the property is historic, but one room was very small and cramped with a lowered ceiling. The breakfast was good overall with a lot of choice but just one hot drinks machine for the whole hotel often made for queuing. The restaurant had a good range of dishes which were all delicious and well-made - it was lovely not to have to go out in the evening to find food! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms...
