We had paid for a large twin room with a river view. We were given a small basic twin room, no view. The room was comfortable and the manager added breakfast onto our booking as an apology."

"The first room I slept in for one night was on ground floor bed 3 feet away from pavement it was surreal felt like there was people in the room and 3 lanes of traffic couldn’t sleep it was very dated and carpet was filthy. I spoke to Hazel who was brilliant she upgraded my room and the second night was far more pleasant. I don’t think Room 70 should be used or if it is customers should be warned of limitations. "
