"Great location for an early morning flight. Easy to find from the train station. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle is very handy. My only complaint is that I had booked a non-smoking room, however the room smelled strongly of stale smoke. It must have been a smoking room in a past life. "

"The hotel is in the business convention district. Amenities and interior are too notch. Very close to typical local Osaka restaurants. There is also a very convenient shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station. Wish I knew this instead of taking a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle comes every 15 minutes."

"This property is really perfect if you are going to Universal Studios. It is a short walk to the park. You can even go back to the room midday for a nap and go back to the park at night. It’s also conveniently located right next to the JR station and there’s a 7Eleven right next door. After a long day’s walking, they have a spa and sauna open through the night. "It's a functional stay if you have a conference nearby, as my partner did. The property is very spacious but has its years. The room is huge and adequately equipped. The breakfast buffet has a variety and offers a great view of Kobe. The only two thing we did not totally love, is the distance from town, although the shuttle service is great; and also the noisy kids running around breakfast. Otherwise, it's great and convenient."
