"Stay was perfectly fine, Spa was nice but we didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on food and drink service. Staff were friendly and everything was clean and tiday in the hotel. On-premise EV charger was broken when we arrived but i called the company and they rebooted it for me. I was then able to charge the car OK. "

"I am a regular here and the staff are always lovely and willing to help. Only thing that lets it down it the lack of healthy options in the restaurant. Great if you want burgers and fried foods but would be nice to see some basic options or healthy switch-outs, like jacket or boiled potatoes instead of chips with everything. Even the protien bowls are boring and packed full of calories. Same goes for breakfast, fatty bacon dripping in grease and soggy scrambled eggs."

"Unfortunately having booked online I did need to wait an hour before checking in. This was around 6pm, so well after the checkin time. Shouldn’t have to wait that long before booking and paying (while at the hotel) to then being able to check in. "
