"Ideally located in the heart of Windsor. We were going to the castle and out for dinner in the evening and everything was right on your doorstep. "

"It is located within walking distance of the bus station, cruise ship terminal, restaurants , bars shopping etc Staff were excellent , especially Rohith who went above and beyond"

"The room was very dark, so not the best for getting ready to go out. Everything else was good. Shower is great, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. They did run out of plates quite often and I had to hold up the queue for a bit while waiting for a plate. The coffee was ridiculous, my husband likes strong coffee but honestly it was like gravy, he had to put a whole milk jug in and it still wasn't really drinkable. No idea what went wrong there! A pleasant stay though. "

"Great stay, rooms are beautiful and the renovation in the rooms is really good! The hotel still has a lot of work going on but the rooms are clean, warm and very comfortable. The staff are friendly polite and the breakfast was great! The lady this morning was absolutely brilliant, caring and asked if we needed anything else. Breakfast was a great standard - well done team! One of the nicest hotel stays! "

"Lovely spa and amenities in general. Room was spacious and quiet with blackout curtains. I'd definitely recommend it. That said, there were some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. I raised it with the staff on reception which was really positive and they helped. Key issue was a very dirty and old showerhead - a quick fix from maintenance. "

"Quiet, convenient location. Staff was excellent…check-in was super easy and provided information for next day transportation to cruise ship. Restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was delicious."

"We booked again because our last stay was so lovely, but this time the service was no way as good, especially service in the bar area @ the tables, 3/4 different staff taking order/serving/billing, forgetting items, the hot breakfast wasnt hot, we could hear everyone above us in the room, plus we could hear the kitchen staff & everyone who came into reception. We went away to recharge but it was stressful. "
