The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the high street. It has a beautiful garden and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff are nice and helped us carry our luggage to our room as well.

Great location, onsite parking, lovely welcoming entrance. Room and bathroom a little tired and worn. Doors very thin so you can hear all the other guests talking and walking up and down the corridor.

Tukki at the front desk was extremely helpful. She upgraded us to a suite because it was the only room available when we arrived early. Appreciated. We appreciate the buildings in Winchester are very old but we think overall maintenance of rooms could be better. Coffee stains on the carpet, a little touch up paint and minor repair on walls in the bathroom could go a long way.

Lovely hotel, perfect location
Great location for all amenities, really comfortable and well decorated room. Toothpaste in the sink which was the only fault of the whole stay. Great choice at breakfast with good quality food. Would stay here again.
