"The room was great, perfect for what I needed, really comfortable bed. The toiletries smelt amazing (I will probably hunt them down to purchase). Location for Winchester is also ideal. The only downside was breakfast I'm sure it would have been delicious but as I was needing to get to the office for 9am I was tight for time even if breakfast had been available at the advertised time of 8am but as there was a note on the stairs in the morning to say it was delayed (these things happen) I missed...

"The hotel is in a beautiful building with 5 rooms available to book. We were in a room on the top floor, which had a wonderfully comfortable bed and a lovely en-suite shower room. I think it was called Littleton. The room was well equipped, with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the cupboard. Lovely shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel included. There was a kettle and coffee machine with complimentary pods, tea bags etc and water in the mini fridge. We were very pleased with the room...

"The room was extremely large with lovely touches. The bathroom was luxurious, but there is a lack of plug sockets near mirror for drying hair. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. People should be made aware of the presence of cats. Although not a problem for me but I have a niece who is very allergic and we were visiting her after our stay. "

"The hotel looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to stay. Turned up to find hotels.com had not passed out booking into hotel so left with nowhere to stay in remote countryside. I'd recommend the eco lodge - staff were lovely but not hotels.com -it took almost a month to get a refund only by going via my bank's anti fraud process."

"The proprietor is a very friendly gent. The property is basically a private home with two rooms (I think) for visitors and two parking spaces...perfect!. The room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. There was a generous "continental" breakfast (though the term "continental" understate the extraordinarily generous tray delivered to one's room). The property is about a mile from the lovely town center and the cathedral. A comfortable walk if you are capable of walking."

"Excellent place! Top floor. Nice outside deck area overlooking the Farnborough executive airport. Walking distance to restaurants, International Exhibition Center, Coffee shops. Costco (if you want to cook at home!). Perfectly clean and all amenities needed (iron and board, fan, cookware, etc. Coffee snobs should bring your own, and also bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Super strong Internet too! Bed, sheets, and pillows not to Westin standards, but overall, I loved staying here! "
