"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

There should be a snack bar with simpler, less costly lunch food like burgers. Also, housekeeping forgot to give us new towels and it took two phone calls and 45 minutes for them to be delivered.
