"This is one of the nicer places to stay in Medellin. Our accommodations were comfortable and it was easy to get around town from this location. The rooftop bar, Ze View, was amazing. Really enjoyed the cocktails and appetizers. Also, the buffet breakfast is very good with excellent service from the wait staff. My only negatives (and keeping me from giving this a 5 star) is that we reported a problem with our bathroom sink where water would spray everywhere when the faucet was turned on....

"El personal,la localización y la limpieza del hotel,muy buenos. El unico problema,el ruido del ultimo piso,que es el restaurant, se escucha en los cuartos,aparte del ruido que hacen en la calle,(que es hasta las altas horas de la madrugada) y en los pasillos del hotel,todo se escucha en los cuartos. Es lamentable, porque el hotel y el staff son muy buenos. Es la.unica queja que tengo. Porque hasta los desayunos son muy bueno,muy buena calidad."

"We had a great stay at the Somos. Staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay great. They arranged airport transportation, offered tours, and even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave at 3am to make an early morning flight. The rooms are lovely and well appointed (two suitcase holders would he helpful for couples with two suitcases), and the buffet breakfast is delicious. "Best hotel in Medellín. The food is alright and the spa is TERRIBLE. Colombia is still working in understanding high end services and quality. But that said, the staff is lovely and they provide good service. If you tip a little bit they provide excellent service. The hotel is clean and located on La Milla de Oro- near great restaurants and shopping and in a very safe area. "
