Car park is a bit of a squeeze for larger cars and there is no direct lift from carpark to rooms on other side of lobby - have to navigate lobby stairs with suitcases. Hillary's was only open for breakfast and tables in bar are not suitable height if you have a plated evening meal. We would have dined in at night if dinner was served in Hillary's "

"LIKE: Beautiful setting, large mini suites. Very good meals and dinner menu selection. Cooked to order eggs are very well done. Pleasant and helpful staff. Need improvement: Breakfast hot choices from buffet service tend to be overcooked (scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages). Breakfast croissants and pastries are not always fresh. Room cleaning is very satisfactory, however, tiled floor cleaning and touch points on doors and cabinets need regular cleaning. Decor needs updating. "

"Easy short walk to town centre for shopping, and tourist activities, and plenty of quality restaurants. Hotel rooms were comfortable, spacious (we had a Studio room) and modern. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Easy car parking in local street. We would definitely stay here again."

"We celebrated an engagement at the Kāmana Lakehouse and honestly it se the tone for our whole trip. It was so lovely to come home to such a cozy and chic hotel. The fires roaring in the lobby, the views from the restaurant, it all made for a very warm experience. The staff were very friendly! We didn’t get to experience the soaking tubs because they were in high demand, so we suggest booking your soaks ahead of time!"

"Very close to the airport but if you come to this hotel with a car, you maybe have no space for your car park in the hotel, less than 10 parking spaces!!! then have to pay for airport one. Will not come back if I'm with a car."
