"Staying as a couple, the check in was efficient. Parking was problematic - busy and some distance from reception. The room was clean but a bit tired in some areas, eg loose Bath panel, chipped grouting, chipped mirror. The bed was comfortable, the TV dated with limited channels. Breakfast was good and service staff efficient and pleasant. The ambiance of the bar area was poor as it seems to be part of the foyer."

"This is the third Christmas my brother and I have stayed at the Leonardo and it just gets better and better. The staff are all outstanding, nothing it too much trouble and they are all cheerful and helpful. My brother loves to swim and I love all the places I can hide away to read. We also visit at other times but Christmas is the best"

The place was very clean but it was really isolated and in the middle of a housing estate which meant that the pool was always full. One other thing to know the beds are incredibly hard, great if you like that but very uncomfortable if you don’t."
