"This is the second time I have stayed at this property. The first time, the stay was excellent, but this time they blew us out of the water. We arrived early for check-in (around 10:30 am) and were informed our room was not yet ready. Without even being prompted, the lovely person at check-in invited us to have free breakfast at Nfuse. Our room was ready for us within 45 minutes of visiting the front desk. We were so impressed with the level of customer service from the moment we walked in. From the valet at the front door, front desk staff, housekeeping, nfuse servers and bartenders, concierge staff- everyone, and we mean everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. While the service was excellent during our first stay, our party agreed that this was above and beyond the expected standards. It is very clear that this hotel prioritized the guest experience and (I hope I am correct in assuming this) employees seemed very happy to be working here and it seemed like a joyful place to be. I highly recommend upgrading to a concierge level room as the value for what we paid far exceeded our expectations. My only point of feedback for the hotel, please, please get better pillows. The feather ones go flat as a pancake and each person required 4 pillows to sleep comfortably. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, just need better pillows. Thanks, Anaheim Marriott! We will be back. "

"It is incredibly social inside the hotel and the lobby has a cafe and restaurant so there are a lot of people coming and going. But it is still relaxed and a great place to plug in and get some social media or work done on your computer with the wifi and plugs available in the lobby lounge."
