We had an emergency and we had one staff member (unfortunately we didn't get her name) looked up and called every hospital that was open and available during the weekend. She was successful and applaud her for it however our daughter decided she didn't need the hospital and was feeling ok. "

But it is quite far from Nankai Station, so if you take a rapid train to Nankai Namba station you will have to walk quite a bit in a very tricky way. Not too good when you carry lots of luggages as some of the exit does not have lift or elevators. OCAT bus station is just next to the hotel. The hotel itself is nice. The furniture is a bit outdated; but clean. The room is quite small; we cannot open our luggages properly. But it is...

"Two adults two teens stayed in a Quad room for 1 night to get an early start for USJ the next day. I carefully considered hotels and locations - this was the most expensive hotel night of our trip but ultimately worth it for the convenience and experience. It would have taken 3 trains from Shin-Osaka station to USJ station so we got a taxi instead, and to Namba station when we left. Front desk, porter and concierge staff all so helpful, inckuding storing our luggage after check out while at USJ....
