"Hotel was clean and well managed. Room was a generous size and very clean. Only negative was the shower screen had presumably previously been broken and so was missing, which meant a shower sprayed water all over the floor. I reported it on check-out and was assured it would be addressed. "

The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. "What a wonderful and charming hotel! A perfect location and we had a great view of the Abbey from our room (room 2). There is noise from traffic outside as the hotel is on a main road but this is reflected in the excellent price and didn’t bother us at all. Parking is free which is a great perk when visiting a city and the staff are so courteous and efficient. The breakfast is super tasty and made from local produce. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thanks to all for making our anniversary stay so special. "
