The stay started off terribly when I arrived I was informed the swim out suite I had booked was not available and the front desk manager tried to downgrade me to a normal pleasure suite or send over to the family side of the resort. "The hospitality at this resort far exceeded my expectations. The staff was respectful, responsive and really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Food and drinks were endless and solid. The turndown service was the best I’ve ever had at any resort. There were days durning out stay where they tidied up our room two or three times!
