"Property was as described. Clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Security was definitely not giving anyone access if guest did not not inform them of such. The host/property manager was prompt with sending assistance when needed and Christopher was quite pleasant and respectful to us. Definitely recommend and will book this again in future"

"We loved our stay! The location is great and the property had everything we needed. The bathroom is pristine and the shower is heavenly. Well-equipped kitchen, which was important for us so we could cook our own meals. The supermarket downstairs is brand new and the prices are very competitive. Just a short walk through downtown Negril to the beach. Highly recommend, and we will definitely book again."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there - air conditioning, TV, hot water, refrigerator & freezer, etc. There were also books available for us to read. Felicia, the owner was also very polite and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. We're definitely going back for another stay!"

"Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. "Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted."

"Walking distance to everything -- yet off the hustle and bustle of the city. everything was in place as advertised even though the beach was nearby, they have a swimming pool! A treasure for the children TOP of the line security in place. It is a gated community and they do not play. No ID, no ENTRANCE. We felt safe. drawback: the washing machine was out of order but we went right after Hurricane Beryl. a larger TV would have been nice"

"The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."

"Enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet & laid back. Great place to stay if you want to simply relax & enjoy the beach area. Shoba (condo owner) was very nice & helpful. Hi-Lo 5 minutes away & costs 200J with Route Taxi."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. We also paid extra for accommodations for another person, which were not provided. Security is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We really enjoyed the private beach and none of the hassling you get at the other resorts."

"Clean, secure, 24/7 security. Owner needs to say its on the 3rd floor. My son is a woubded veteran and owner told me its 2nd floor after i booked and that was a lie. Its on the 3rd floor. Dont like the area its located. There is NOTHING hip about its located near the "hip strip" in Montego Bay. Would never go back."

"The property was great and the vie from the balcony is beautiful. My only complaint or suggestion would be to have a map leading the beach. We drove 15 minutes to go to a beach. I booked because the listing states there was a beach in walking distance. "

"The property is right across the road from the Doctor's Cave Beach and Starbucks. Very easy access to the shops along Queens Drive and walking distance from Margaritaville and short walk to all nightclubs. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was not well lit. The shower area was meh! But the host was very helpful and communicative. He came to pick us up from the airport and helped our luggage up to our room. "My husband & I stayed here for our 8th anniversary! I can't not say enough about this place! The grounds are AMAZING the pictures do not do it justice! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend if you are looking for peace, quiet, and safety. We will return!"

"The room was lovely and very homely. Apart from the microwave not working and then lack of a mop to dry out the bathroom because of the showers unique design, the lack of security and I don't know if it was because of the Aug 6 buzz but there was a lot of suspicious people on our complex and the things I heard could earn me some serious money. All in all Jerome's place was awesome will book again it after the parties pass. Thanks Jerome, I enjoyed my stay. I recommend."

"I would say this was an amazing introduction to Jamaica! I loved the cuisine (on and off the property), entertainment was excellent! Staff undoubtedly catered to guests needs relentlessly. They also maintained the grounds and property amazingly, there was always someone tidying up, but mindfully not disturbing any guest. We even got turn down service on the day we checked out! I’d like to especially thank Andre and the director of entertainment because they helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband which is now an unforgettable moment for us lol! Being able to walk to shops and the club was also a bonus, we only needed taxis when we went on excursions. A beautiful, intimate resort with so much to offer, I can’t wait to go back!"

My room was 3013 please know she did a excellent service for my wife and I that needs to be recognized also the shuttle drivers to and from our room was awesome and helpful Sahsha was very hospitable to us.
