"Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted."

"Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. "Walking distance to everything -- yet off the hustle and bustle of the city. everything was in place as advertised even though the beach was nearby, they have a swimming pool! A treasure for the children TOP of the line security in place. It is a gated community and they do not play. No ID, no ENTRANCE. We felt safe. drawback: the washing machine was out of order but we went right after Hurricane Beryl. a larger TV would have been nice"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. We also paid extra for accommodations for another person, which were not provided. Security is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We really enjoyed the private beach and none of the hassling you get at the other resorts."

"Clean, secure, 24/7 security. Owner needs to say its on the 3rd floor. My son is a woubded veteran and owner told me its 2nd floor after i booked and that was a lie. Its on the 3rd floor. Dont like the area its located. There is NOTHING hip about its located near the "hip strip" in Montego Bay. Would never go back."

"My husband & I stayed here for our 8th anniversary! I can't not say enough about this place! The grounds are AMAZING the pictures do not do it justice! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend if you are looking for peace, quiet, and safety. We will return!"

"The room was lovely and very homely. Apart from the microwave not working and then lack of a mop to dry out the bathroom because of the showers unique design, the lack of security and I don't know if it was because of the Aug 6 buzz but there was a lot of suspicious people on our complex and the things I heard could earn me some serious money.
