The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! "The hotel is within walkable distance from shin- osaka station. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the size of the hotel room is commentable. Bonus is kids can see the shinkensen track from the window of our hotel room. Overall, its a very comfortable stay and we will surely come back again"
