"Great quirky hotel right off the main square! Loved all the little touches they have like complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Also the elevator was quite entertaining! Make sure you hit the “push here” button, you won’t be disappointed!!!’ "

"Everything was good. Excellent service in the breakfast, the servers were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the hotel in general was very elegant and nice. The smell in the hotel with the candles and the candy station was so nice and sweet for the season. The only thing I found is that some of the staff at the reception were kind of rude sometimes and sarcastic, but only some of the team the other part was amazing and very polite and helpful during check out. "

"I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light...

"No research at all as our flight to Hamburg had been cancelled 12 hours before. The hotel couldn’t have been located any better the suggested noise didn’t bother us at all. We love the eco-room where you could choose to have free drinks rather than have your room service stepper. "

"Pros 1) Location. Very near to the shopping area and the lots of food options. Near to Centraal station as well. 2) Upscale looking hotel. Looks really posh and nice. 3) Friendly and helpful staff. 4) Rooms were made up very quickly! 5) Food was pretty good quality.
