"Arrived late at night to a warm welcome so didn’t have dinner, and unfortunately left early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was comfortable and my request fro a quiet room was met . The guy on night reception Vivian I think, was absolutely lovely , really helpful an welcoming. There was good parking, and although in an industrial area it was reasonably quiet. I slept well on the matress and the pillows were just right for me ( I know it’s a matter of personal taste) water was...

"Basic but comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Extremely well located for E4 motorway. Restaurants and shops on the door step. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool. A room for a family of 5, a rarity! Very dog friendly, including the restaurant. "

Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. "Good standard hotel in calms surroundings with short walk to Grand Place. Comfortable bed. Gym closes early on weekends, which is a minus. No access to sauna but to a lukewarm splashing pool and a small yakuze which is busy most of the time."
