A couple of hairs and a bit of dust in the bathroom, so could have been better, but was by no means dirty. Would definitely go back"

"Better than expected, the room was well appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with 3 choices of pillows. Unfortunately the mini fridge didn't work in my room, but that wasn't a major issue. I ate dinner in the Grand Pacific restaurant, the food was good but it's quite a loud environment on a Saturday evening. The staff were also (literally) running around the place at times which didn't give me the impression that things are well organised, or that there are enough staff to handle...
